Officials of the department said that the officer was suspended on the directions of Director Horticulture who was on a vist to nursuries in Pulwama. “Director Horticulture also visited various Offices including Horticulture Development Office, Awantipora, where the concerned HDO was found absent from duty and was placed under suspension," officials told KNO.
